If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please review our policy on returns and refunds.

Return Policy

In-Store & Local Pickup:

Regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase to the original method of payment or 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit.

Merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and in original condition for resale with tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

Holiday Return Policy

We will not be offering refunds from Dec 26th-Jan 31st. However we will be extending exchange and in store credit until Jan 11 2026 for all items purchased on or after Nov 1st 2025

Sale items discounted 40% or more are FINAL SALE.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Non-returnable items: fragrances, undergarments and beauty items.

Online Orders: Same policy applies starting from the delivery date.

The customer is responsible for any additional return shipping costs. Return labels will not be provided.

We have the right to deny returns based on the condition of the product.
